Frog Wars Creator#2

Today I’m going to talk about the movie “Transformers” and “Transformers 2” the first time I watched the First movie (“Transformers) I wasn’t that excited because I thought it will be like the animation mad for kids, but when I watched it I was blown away by the movie. It was a wonderful movie. It wasn’t anything like the animation and had a structure more for the older people. It also had fantastic graphics, which made the movie more interesting and more realistic.

I also think that the story line helped making the movie such a big hit. It had simple but captivating story line and as well with some comedy in it. When the movie had finished I was very glad that I’ve watched it and quickly told my friends that haven’t watched it yet to go and watch it.

When the second movie came out I was very excited to watch it. I was thrilled to see what’s going to happen this time, but after I watched it I was disappointed. I thought it wasn’t as great as last time’s movie. I thought this time it didn’t have a dramatic story line compared to last time and didn’t keep me concentrated to the movie all the time. The good part of the second movie is that it had a lot more action scenes compared to last time, but even with all the action I still think the first movie was better.

If we had to compare the two movies I will say that the first movie had a story but the second one didn’t really have a deep story like the first one, but instead had a lot of action which made the transformers stand out more.

I read a book called “Fire in the Hills”.  It is a war book written by Donna Jo Napoli. This book is very well arranged and very exciting, but I felt that sometimes I didn’t I didn’t understand what was happening. This might be a weakness of this story, but it was a sad ending, but with a mixture of happiness.

Well “Fire in the Hills” is set in the past and in southern and northern part of Italy and written in past tense and in 1^st person. This is the good part of the book. The setting is very easy to understand and you can see what is around, but like I said some parts I felt you get lost.

At the beginning of the book it is set In the 1940s, a kid named Roberto was in a war, but he was so terrified about all the gunshots and the explosions happening everywhere. So he decided to run away from the war, he jumped off the ship and swam to the shore. Roberto want to go back to Venice, his home.

While he was walking to Venice the German soldiers caught him and they made him become a translator, but he was always tied with ropes so Roberto wouldn’t run away, but after the Germans got shot by kids he decided to live with the kids who shot the Germans. He works on the farm and has exhaustion everyday but, he enjoys it because he at least something to do. Not just walking around all day.

On one mission with Teresa (a lady he met) the Germans shot Teresa. After she got shot Roberto and a spy called Terbine buried Teresa. Everyone was so sad the Teresa had died, especially Roberto because Teresa had been helping him to survive. The Roberto got the news that his hometown, Venice became free. Then he went back home with happiness and sadness.

Frog wars is a game i made with my friend, atsu. its a card game where you have monster card trap card and magic card. all the characters are frogs except of this dragon thing. it is really fun but we only made about 30 cards yet and didnt make rules, but its going to be fun. so we will sell it one day! stay TUNED!

( A, B, C, ETC) Also the sound effects are really easy to understand. For example ZZZZ  will be sleeping. Some are really unique and are able to use in many situations. Also on this website there  are so many sound effects you can use. There are 480 types of sound effects on this website. It will be very helpful. On this website it is really easy to find you want because it is set up in alphabetical order. This website is very simple so it is very easy to look around. I think this is a very simple and fantastic website to use. i think it will help you in making your comic. Hope you do well on the comic! Good luck!

I choose this website because it is very useful for drawing cartoons. It is also very easy to use and also easy to understand. The steps are really simple and also very simple to copy it. on the website you can also choose if you want to draw an animal or a person and many other things. This can be very useful when you want to look for the things you are looking for. For example if you were looking for a kid you would click cartoon people and the look for a kid. The cartoons that are shown on this website are really good. they can help you in many ways. some are really childish and funny and some are really good for cartoons that are still funny and enjoyable for everyone. even older people. Also all of them are very unique. some have one small eye and one big eye, and some have a big nose coming out of its face. They really have a lot of genres of characters you would want. I think this is a very good website for drawing cartoons, and it also has many things you can draw so its very useful.

My fantasy factory will have to be the chocolate factory from the “Charlie and the  Chocolate Factory”. the factory is Willy Wonka’s factory. i choose this factory because it has sooooo much chocolates and sweets. there is even a room that you can eat everything in it, even the grass! it would be a great time to live there. also in the factory there are small people in the factory called unpalumpa’s. they help make the chocolate, but sometimes they sing songs. i would record the songs and put it on I Tunes or a CD. it will be really funny.

in the factory there is more than just chocolate, there are also many rooms, for example the tv room. it has so many rooms  that you cant even count them. there is just too much. i might reduce some rooms, distroy rooms that i dont need, but there are alot of rooms that are useful. there was even an own hair dresser, but i would want some new ones too with exchange with the rooms i dont need. i would want a baseball field and soccer field for the ones i dont need. i love  baseball and soccer next so i chose these, and also if you have a field you can use it for many different things, not just for the sport we use for the field.

if i get the factory i would make some kitchens or something because in the factory there is only sweets and chocolate in the factory and sometimes i want to eat other things too. i would get the unpalumpa’s cook and get the food i want. maybe i would want to eat alot of japanese food because i love japanese food!  it is the best, but i would never want any food from unpa land ( where the unpalumpa’s come from). it is the worst. they mash bugs with anything. its really discusting.

This factory is the best factory in the world!

As a class we created a display answering the question: What made Roald Dahl a good writer?

This task was really challenging because we only had 3 periods to  finish this display. We had to work together and get it done quickly, but neatly too.

I thought our class work well but, we shouldn’t of had a leader who decided who was going to do what. We should of had have them agree or everyone agree because we are working as a class.

I contributed in different ways. For example first i gave ideas about how we can make the design or how we can do the work quickly,also in many other ways. My job was to get pictures for the display. It wasn’t t that hard to get the pictures, but it was hard to choose which picture that we were going to use because there were many. When we were sticking the display i also helped by doing little jobs, for example: I was sticking it down, i was also holding the thumb tack box so they can out the thumb tacks back easily. I thought i work well.

I didn’t think we answered the question that much because we didn’t really think about with everyone. Also i thought we just chose the answer really quickly, but i thought the answer we wrote wasn’t that bad.

I thought are display display was ok. It was a  good  display that was made in 3 periods, but i thought we could of done a bit better. Maybe adding picture or making it more colorful. Maybe also using everyone’s ideas for making the display.

I would of changed the display by making it more colorful. For making the poster i would of not had  a leader and have everyone agree on things. I would of tried to do more jobs.

I thought this display was fantastic even if we only had 3 periods to finish it.

 Well i think reading is important because, you can learn new words from book. you can also get technics from the author, especially from famous people, for example Roald Dahl. he is a very good writer.

For some people reading is important because they can relax and forget about the hard work they did. maybe from work. it is also entertaining to read comic books because, they are funny and you can imagine what is happening better because there are many pictures. (drawings)

Also it is important to  read something because you might want to learn something. maybe something new or something that you want to get better at. you might read a dictionary or something that has many categories when you want to learn something new. you might read like a baseball book when you want to get better at it. for example i have a book about baseball. the book was made by baseball players and they tell technics for pitching, batting, etc.

I think reading is important for everything in your life.
